Senate passes Sierra horse-packing bill

A congress bill seeking to restore access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks to backcountry horsemen was approved, Congressman Devin Nunes' representatives announced. Issuing permits needed to access the park's pack station had been suspended.
